Our fees are competitive with most local authorities and other Approved Inspectors. To request a competitive quotation please enter your details of the project below and press the submit icon. There is no registration or initial application fee (applicable to fees over £350+VAT) and our advice and Building Regulation plan examination is free of charge. Our fees are only payable when your project starts and after the 1^st site inspection (applicable to fees over £350+VAT).
