Our fees are competitive with most local authorities and other Approved Inspectors. To request a competitive quotation please enter your details of the project below and press the submit icon. There is no registration or initial application fee (applicable to fees over £495+VAT) and our advice and Building Regulation plan examination is free of charge. Our fees are only payable when your project starts and after the 1st site inspection (applicable to fees over £495+VAT).
