Our Advice

• We encourage you to contact us during the design and early planning stage of your project, especially on complex and commercial applications, to ensure the layouts and fire safety design are compliant with Building Regulations. We like to consult the fire officer at the early stages of a commercial project.

• Your building plans can be emailed over to adrianmarshall@midlandsbc.co.uk for our comments and professional advice.

• Pre-application advice is free of charge.

• We have extensive local knowledge and can give our professional, independent advice on fire safety, building layouts, change of use, thermal insulation, structures and accessible design.

• Our experience and pro-active, practical advice will add value to our clients and can lead to project cost savings, while keeping your requirements in mind.
